1995 Langkawi Ariane Space exhibition
Arianespace SA is a multinational company founded in 1980 as
the world's first commercial launch service provider. It undertakes the
operation and marketing of the Ariane programme. The company offers a number of
different launch vehicles: the heavy-lift Ariane 5 for dual launches to
geostationary transfer orbit, the Soyuz-2 as a medium-lift alternative, and the
solid-fueled Vega for lighter payloads. It has its
headquarters in Courcouronnes, Essonne, France, near Évry.

Conjunction with commonwealth games hosted by Malaysia ,Royal selangor officially launched a commemorative medal and designed and handcrafted by Royal Selangor craftsman with the guidance of Sukom officials, the medals are made from solid pewter
The XVI Commonwealth Games winners' and commemorative medals were unveiled today by Games Organizing Committee executive chairman Jen (Rtd) Tan Sri Hashim Mohd Ali, at the Royal Selangor Pewter Factory Complex here. As the official supplier of medals for the Games, Royal Selangor will be producing 1,340 winners' medals and 40,000 commemorative medals.
